Jared is an outdoorsman who enjoys spending time with his family, woodworking and making music.

With over then years of experience in the solar industry and hundreds of installs under his belt, Shawn's experience and leadership help ensure our installs and the team are on point.

When Shawn is not here he usually can be found either at a motorcross track with his family or working on some kind of building project.

A Licensed Michigan Builder, Adam has been part of the solar industry since 2018. He has participated in over 1,000 solar installations and at one time led a team of 400 team members across 7 states, performing 30 solar installs each day.

Adam is a music junkie who loves concerts, making his own music, The Detroit Lions and Redwings and spending time with his wife and 3 children.

With nearly a decade of experience in the solar industry and being involved in thousands of solar installs, JJ's industry knowledge, attention to detail and leadership is what helps keep the vision and team at North Coast Solar strong.

When he's not at the office, on the phone or on a location at an install, JJ enjoys spending time with his daughters, playing golf, fishing, hunting, snowmobiling and pulling for his Wolverines and Lions.

 When he gets a chance to peel away from the business you might find him at a concert, on the golf course, goofing off on the water or hosting a backyard bbq for his neighbors, friends, co-workers and let's be honest ... whoever stops by.

When Eric's brain isn't on North Coast Solar he is putting 110% into his family and another 100% towards his Wolverines and Lions.

With over 100 solar and generator installs under his belt, Nate is one of the "rocks" on our team.

He is currently an electrical apprentice through Michigan State University and when he's not working at North Coast he enjoys reading, going to the gym, playing golf and spending time with his family.
